Error when setting up business

I am setting up a new client - I am at the Dashboard , Getting things done, Setup checklist. As soon as I click on Basic business Info. I receive an error " Theres a problem with your quickbooks subscription. Please check you are still subscribed and billing up to date" 

 

There is a green UPDATE Subscription info button - when I click on it, I just get a blank Screen. When I go to my clients subscriptions, the status says Subscribed.

 

At this time I can not continue set up of new client. Any help would be appreciated.

I am Leary now of deleting new client if not able to confirm I can turn around and set them up again today.

  The getting things done area has errors in 2 areas ( basic business & Get ready to Invoice) the rest do not have errors.

I have to have this client set up today and I am not feeling comfortable with either option. Please advise

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that helps you get ahead with your work.  It's vital that you're able to successfully set up your client so you can continue with what you love.  I'll be happy to assist!

 

Initially, I recommend clearing cache on your browser if you haven't done so already and then log in from a private or incognito browser to see if you get the same result.  I'd also suggest trying other browsers such as Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome or Edge.

 

In addition, log into your client's account directly and then follow these steps to ensure they're actively subscribed:

 

1. From the Gear in the top right, open Account and Settings

2. Click on Billing and Subscriptions from the left menu

3. If you see they're not currently subscribed, proceed by hitting Subscribe

Note:  It is strongly recommended that the client payment method is used for their own subscription.

 

If the issue persists, please contact us so we can work directly with you in a secure setting and take a deeper look at the situation from our end.

I was on support today for an hour an a half and went in a circle and back to square one.

 

It will not allow me go thru the  start up  process in order to set up chart of accounts correctly for type of business and still getting errors.  This is a mess and clock is running. Is there a way to just cancel the subscription, delete the client and start over as I feel trying to fix this mess will just take more time I do not have on top of the error still happening and support doesnt know how to fix it.
