Working with an online accounting software like QuickBooks Online is an awesome way to manage your business bookkeeping. The great part about this is that you have the option to import and export various things from QBO and your computer. I'd be happy to shed some light on what you're able to import/export with QuickBooks Online.
To import data into QBO, click the Gear icon > Import Data. From there, you can select any of the following items to import:
Chart of Accounts
Products and Services
To import data into QBO, click the Gear icon > Export Data. From there, you can select any of the following items to export:
General Ledger report
Profit and Loss
