We're reaching out because we're facing an issue with enabling credit card payments for our US customers in QuickBooks Online. Our company is based in Canada, and while we've successfully set up credit card payments for our Canadian clients, we're finding it challenging to extend this functionality to our US clients.
We've explored the settings and options within QuickBooks Online but haven't been able to find a straightforward solution. We're wondering if there's a way to automatically turn on credit card payments for our US clients, similar to how it works for our Canadian customers.
If anyone has encountered a similar situation or knows of a workaround to enable credit card payments for US customers in QuickBooks Online for a Canadian-based company, your insights would be greatly appreciated.

The Online Payments feature accepts the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay. It's also important to note that all funds are processed in Canadian dollars. As a workaround, I suggest checking out PayPal integration or other Payment processing apps on our app store. These payment apps can be integrated with QBO using third-party apps which you can find on our site http://www.apps.com. Once you're on the site, you can enter the name of the payment app you're using or would like to use and hit search in order to see the results.

You need a 3rd party merchant service provider to integrate with QB and you will be able to accept international payments.
