Thanks for reaching out here. Welcome! I'm sorry to hear that you'll be cancelling your QuickBooks Online account. If this is temporary due to unforeseen circumstances, please remember that you'll have access to your data for one year from the cancellation date. This provides you with the ability to export data, or reactivate your account and pick up where you left off. With regards to your receipts, you can export them in one batch. I'd be happy to show you how!
Follow these steps to export your receipts;
1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account
2. Open your Settings ⚙ in the top right
3. Select Attachments
4. Choose the attachments to be exported
5. Hit Batch Actions and then Export

I don't have an Attachments option in my Settings. Is there another way to export all receipts at once?

Thanks for reaching out about your attachments. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to assist you in keeping track of sales and expenses so you can see the profitability of your company. I can point you in the right direction to export the attachments.
To find the Attachments, go to the Gear Icon, then under the Lists header, click on Attachments. If you don't see attachments under Lists, click on All lists, then from that menu select Attachments. You can then select the attachments you want to export, then click on Batch Actions to Export. Select where you want to export this information to your computer, then Save.
