Hello there, @cheese1.
Adjusting the alignment when printing cheques in QuickBooks Online (QBO) only applies to the check amount. Therefore, you'll need to manually adjust the address line and format before printing it.
However, it's also best to configure your print settings such as keeping your Adobe Reader updated, checking the cheque type (Voucher and Standard), and using a recommended browser like Chrome.
I believe that it is a good idea, and we would love to hear your input. However, I recommend providing feedback to inform our software engineers about the features you need, which they can consider adding in future product updates.
To send your input, here's how:
- Open your QBO account.
- Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
- Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.
If you require additional assistance with adjusting your alignment, here’s how to resolve issues with printing cheques and forms. Alternatively, for different printing alignments, here’s what you should be aware of when configuring paycheques, 1099 forms, and sales forms.
Keep me posted in the comments down below if you have any other questions about printing cheques, @cheese1. I'll be around ready to help.
