Hello there, rocky. You can customize your invoice layout in QuickBooks Online by editing your Custom form styles, where you can adjust the layout, fields, and overall design of your invoice.
To update it, go to the Gearicon, select Customformstyles, then edityour invoice template using the Design, Content, and Emailstabs. Once saved, the updated layout will automatically apply to all future invoices using that template.
