Since turning off this feature isn't available in the mobile app, you'll need to access QuickBooks Online (QBO) on your phone's browser to disable it. Here's how:
- Log in to your QBO via browser.
- Navigate to the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
- Select Edit in the Automation section.
- Turn off the Automatically apply credits feature.
- Select Save, then Done.
