Let's provide a clarification regarding the app access for the In house accountant role you've set up in QuickBooks.
The QuickBooks Online mobile app is designed primarily for convenience and quick access to essential features. However, certain features, user permissions and accountant-specific capabilities are only available in the web browser version.
When an accountant attempts to access these features via the app, they will be prompted with a message indicating that the required functionality is only available through the web browser versions of QuickBooks Online. You can refer to the screenshot below.

This limitation is in place to keep your data secure and ensure advanced tools work properly through the web browser, where full functionality is supported. We recommend that your in house accountant use QuickBooks Online through a browser for the best experience.
