Welcome to the Community. Having your bank connected to QuickBooks Online is essential to keeping your books up to date. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to get the support you need regarding the banking connection. 
 

A banking connection problem can be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning efficiently. I encourage you to take the following steps to perform browser troubleshooting

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Yes same here and i’m having problems opening invoices and posting payments. The processing gies on forever and does not open. Calling support i was told to incognito and work there but, you have to continuously sign in. I want to go back to desk top if this is not resolved.

Hi Gracieladiana.

 

Making sure you can use the program as it was intended is one of our primary focuses so you can save time and get back to business. I'd be happy to go over why incognito mode works with your QuickBooks Online.

 

If your QuickBooks works normally in Incognito mode but not in a normal browser that would be due to your browser and not QuickBooks Online. Incognito mode is a private browser that allows you to limit security settings or issues with your cache and cookies that can be causing the browser to not work as it should. I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, checking your security settings and even trying a different browser to see if it works. All the steps can be found in my colleagues post above.
