I tried to print a cheque for the first time, but it did not print properly on my cheque stock?

Hi frank-shannon,

Printing cheques directly from QuickBooks Online is an awesome benefit to choosing QBO for your business bookkeeping. It's important that your cheques align properly so that you can get back to work. There's a few reasons why your cheques may not have printed correctly, and I'd be happy to explain what to do next.

First, it's important to ensure you're using QuickBooks-compatible cheques. These can be ordered directly from your QBO account by clicking the Gear icon > Order Cheques. Alternatively, you can visit this site to order them.

Once you've ensured your cheques are compatible, follow along with this helpful article for alignment setup and troubleshooting: Align how your cheques print.

As mentioned in the article, make sure you're using the latest version of Adobe Reader.

If you're still having trouble with your cheque alignment, feel free to reach out to our tech support team. An agent would be happy to help.

Cheers.
