I want the email template my friend have on his QBO account

Your answer doesn't help me switch to second screenshot email template. The video in your link doesn't either. Please give me actual helpful informations.

Here's how to select a template: 

1. Click on the Gear ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.

2. Select New style

3. Click on Dive in with a template

4. Next, select Make logo edits

5. +Add your logo and choose the Size and Placement

6. Open Splash on some colour

7. Choose your Font

8. Hit Preview PDF

9. When you're satisfied with the result, Hit Done

In addition, you can also create your own custom form style and import it into QuickBooks Online.

The steps you mentioned are for customizing the invoice PDF file and not the email.

Hello Anonyme. Are you referring to the customer messages in your email template? If so, I encourage you to check out this article here that shows you how to update that. I'll be on standby.

It's not working, the steps you've added are for editing the content not the template. My emails are still sent like this
