It seems there's a way to change the email template as I'm coming from my friend's house who recommended me Quickbooks Online and it's whats he's using. I told him if he was annoyed by the email template and he told me that it wasn't a problem for him. He showed it to me and his template is awesome. How do I switch to this template?

One of the many valuable features in QuickBooks Online, is creating customized forms. Once you select the desired form, you can customize the layout, appearance, header/footer sections and personalize your email message. The template can be used for invoices, sales receipts or estimates and can be set as your default template. Here's a guide to assist you through the process of customizing forms in QuickBooks Online.

Your answer doesn't help me switch to second screenshot email template. The video in your link doesn't either. Please give me actual helpful informations.

Here's how to select a template:
1. Click on the Gear ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.
2. Select New style
3. Click on Dive in with a template
4. Next, select Make logo edits
5. +Add your logo and choose the Size and Placement
6. Open Splash on some colour
7. Choose your Font
8. Hit Preview PDF
9. When you're satisfied with the result, Hit Done
In addition, you can also create your own custom form style and import it into QuickBooks Online.

It's not working, the steps you've added are for editing the content not the template. My emails are still sent like this
