How do you change the date to reflect the 15htg of the month or the 30th of the month on automated monthly statements? I have set weekly reminders however will be bill on the 30th of each month for monthly services and I would like to send statements mid month on the 15th. is there a way to set a specific date?

Thanks for joining us here. QuickBooks is a powerful program that provides everything you need to complete your daily tasks. I'll be happy to assist!

After setting up payment reminders, you can edit the frequency by following these steps;

1. On the main menu, select Edit and then Preferences

2. Open Payments from the left menu

3. Click on the Company Preferences tab

4. Select Yes beside Do you want to send payment reminders

5. Set the frequency and the On day field

6. Hit Ok to save the changes
