Hello there, @mbarringer1. This can sometimes happen when cached data in the app becomes outdated or cluttered, which may interrupt the connection between your mobile device and the QuickBooks servers.
To fix this, I recommend refreshing your app data by going to the Menu, selecting the Settings (Gear) icon, and choosing Refresh Data. This will update your data and resync your connection, which often resolves syncing issues. If the receipts still don't appear, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Your data is stored in the cloud, so you won’t lose any information.
Alternatively, check your QuickBooks Online account through the website to see if your transactions have been uploaded to the Receipts tab under the Accounting section. If they aren’t there, you can upload your receipts directly from that page.
