It's great to see that you're working with QuickBooks Online Payroll. I'm here to help make sure you're able to resolve this error that's slowing you down so that you can get back to your pay runs and other business you have to take care of.
Sync errors in QuickBooks Online Payroll can happen for a few reasons, some which you can address on your end and other that occur in the back end system. One of the first things that is helpful to do is to check your account mapping for payroll to ensure that things are lining up as you're wanting them to be. This is easily done in the Payroll Settings through the Gear icon of your account, and you can then click Accounting under the Preferences heading to check on that. If everything is looking as it should there or you've made changes and now need things synced again, the next step to take is to connect with a member of the QuickBooks Online support team so that we can take a look at things from our end.
