I called support by phone and spent 1 hour with him not being able to resolve this issue!!! I had to use my personal email to create another account and post this request to you guys.

You don't understand the problem I'm raising like your hotline staff.
I logged in with my company email (the email that purchased your subscription) and it failed.
When I used the "Recover your Intuit Account if you can't sign in" function, it said my email was not found in the system!!!
I tried to use that email again to register a new account and it said the email was already in use!
So your system is in conflict, if necessary, I can record a video of my screen and send it to you immediately.
