On the other hand, if the issue happened in the mobile application, try these troubleshooting steps:

 

iOS:

3. Select Offload App.

4. This action will free up storage space without removing the app's documents and data.

 

For Android:
 

1. Go to Menu, then select More Options.

2. Tap on Settings, then choose Refresh Data.

3. Click YES to confirm.
