Payment on hold "Click the due date to upload the requested info. We’ll review it and get back to you within 2 business days."

I'm stuck in a loop, my payment is stalled out. It says "Click the due date to upload the requested info. We’ll review it and get back to you within 2 business days."

I did not get this email. Honestly I wish I listened to the reviews, this is exactly what they said would happen, this experience trying to get help from quickbooks is insanity.

 

If anybody is reading this you are not doing a good job, I am cancelling this piece of sh!t once I get this sorted out.

 

For the love of god, what the phuck am I supposed to do???

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payments, is a dynamic way to enable your customers to pay directly from the invoice they receive.  However, there may be times when the payment is delayed, or held, due to underlying circumstances.  To ensure you receive the funds as soon as possible, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. This will enable them to work with you directly and verify your account in a private setting, so the funds can be released without delay!

After being on hold for 20 minutes, the call was dropped. After another 30 minutes and two different attendants, I was told that I would get an email right away from the compliance department.

 

Neither person that I spoke with could tell me what the problem is, nor could they do anything about it.

 

Still no mysterious email after five days.

 

If there was a problem you should never have facilitated the invoice. I've done everything you've asked.

 

You have my subscription, you charged me fees on the invoice already and yet you're still holding on to my $1000.

 

This is just not acceptable. I should have listened to the reviews that stated how horrible the customer service is. Even this post is being typed out for the third time because of some "authentication failure" replying to a godam help post that I started.

 

So I'll just sit here with no food this weekend, looking forward to the payments that I get to miss next week.
