I have clicked UPDATE NOW and rebooted THREE TIMES but still tax tables show they expired 12/31/2021. What do you suggest I do? Don't reboot again. Don't say turn on automatic updates because they're always on. Why is this so hard? You have to do this for your customers every six months.
I have the exact same problem. I have to pay employees on Friday and don't know what to do. My tax tables are out of date and they won't update - even though I've gone through the update process numerous times. I hope someone can advise us!!!
The key is to click GET UPDATES (yes, even though you have automatic updates turned on), you'll see the files download, then close QB desktop. Find the QB icon on your desktop , right click and select run as administrator. That's when mine finally opened and updated. Good luck!
It worked!!! YAY! So aggravating. Monica, give it a try. I believe the key difference from what we were NOT doing is right-clicking on the icon and choosing Run as Administrator. Thank you.
