Per-Employee Payroll - # of employees is incorrect

Does anyone know how to update this with QuickBooks.  We're being invoiced for more employees than we have.  I'm on a chat with "Support" that is running around in circles.

Yes, I tried that.  Their Chat support had no idea.  He was moving it up the chain and whatever happened made my Quickbooks completely freeze.  I couldn['t get back into ther Chat and I don't have 20+ minutres to waste again today repeatedly trying to explain that all I want is to be able to have the number of employees on the Pay-per employee payrool item on oiur monthky invoice.  Too bad you have to go thorugh chat first as it isn't something first tier can probably solve.

Per-Employee Payroll - # of employees is incorrect

Hi D Interior,

Thanks for getting back to us here.  It's important that your QuickBooks Payroll is invoiced accurately, based on the employees in the pay run.  I recommend reviewing the pay schedules to ensure the employee list is correct.  Click here, for options to manage payroll schedules.  I also recommend selecting only the employees to be paid, when running payroll.  This will provide the required information so your QuickBooks Payroll invoice will balance with the employees on your pay schedule.

Should you require additional assistance, please contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support team.  They will have the ability to work with you on a personal level, and ensure your payroll remains accurate.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach back out.  We'd be glad to help!
