Hi Canard,
It could be that your printing file (QB print) is damaged. This is one of the reasons why you have missing information when printing your transactions. We can rename the QBprint.qbp file to resolve this issue. After performing the steps yet there are still missing transactions, we can troubleshoot PDF and print problems.
Here's how to rename QBprint.qbp file manually:
- Locate QBPrint.qbp and make sure to display hidden files and folders or search for files using windows.
- Right-click QBprint.qbp file for your QuickBooks version and select Rename.
- Add the word old to the file name (i.e. QBPrint.qbp.old)
- Open QuickBooks Desktop and from File menu, select Printer Setup.
- Select any transaction in the Form Name list and select OK. This will create a new QBprint.qbp file.
Note: You do not have to do this for every transaction.
- Try to open and print the transaction.
Let me know how this worked. I'm here to assist you!
