Whenever I use a particular Vendor, the ORDERED BY and JOB# fields are pre-populated by the same person and job, regardless of how I respond to the question of whether I want to save the new information I put there after I save a new PO. How do I fix this?

To get started, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.

If you've turned on the recall feature, you can turn it off by following these steps:
1. Open the Edit menu and select Preferences
2. On the Preferences window, hover to the General topic
3. Under Automatically Recall Information section, uncheck the Automatically remember account or transaction information box
4. Click OK.
This action applies on all future transactions you will create in QuickBooks.

Well this does not fix the problem, only ignores it. I would like the recall function to work properly.
