Hi mlasar,
Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online enables you to edit class names, so you can easily merge them into one. I'd be glad to assist!
Here's how to merge classes;
1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select All lists
2. Click on Classes
3. Select the class you want to merge and hit Edit in the ▼ dropdown menu located in the Action column
4. Enter the class Name exactly as it appears for the class you want to keep
5. Hit Save, then Yes to confirm.
