Quickbooks community, I need help please.The pre-filled information on the Fintrac form is incorrect. How can I change the information before submitting the documents?

I checked my business information and it's accurate - but the Fintrac info isn't. I'm overseas so the callback option doesn't work. Not sure what to do. Quickbooks is sending me in circles and I can't solve this. I'm certain I'm not alone.

Since you're overseas and the callback option isn't viable for you, I recommend using the live chat feature available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, you can communicate with our representative to help you edit the pre-filled information on the FINTRAC form.

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Select the Help icon, then Search.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter a keyword related to your question in the box, then Continue.
  5. Choose to Chat for support.
