Hi,
I am in the process of changing accountant, and my old accountant transferred ownership/admin rights of Quickbooks to me. I was sent an email to join Quickbooks which I did after providing my details.
However, when I try to view billing and subscriptions, I get a message saying I don't have permission. My accountant said that she cannot do anything on her end since she transferred ownership/admin rights to me.
The weird thing is I am also stuck on "accountant view" and I cannot switch to business view at all; it shows the message "looks like you cannot switch user view" (Please see second screenshot).
I am novice when it comes to Quickbooks so I would be grateful for any help.

Hi Trish,
Thank you very much for your response and for the clarification.
Indeed, it was my accountant who didn't do the process correctly and kept the primary admin role instead of passing it to me. Now it is all solved.
Thank you!
Hi ty35,
Welcome to Community! Having full access to your company data in QuickBooks Online is vital as the company owner. I would be glad to provide more information, so you can get back to business as soon as possible!
When your accountant leaves your books, the first step is to ensure they transfer the role of Primary Admin to you. If they've invited you as a standard user on the account, you won't be able to access your billing and subscription information, or other important features to accomplish your QuickBooks goals. However, we can help!
To ensure you're the Primary Admin, please follow this link to submit a Primary Admin request to our account protection team. Once we've reviewed your request, you’ll receive an update via email with the status of your request. Wait for an email from no_response@intuit.com. Once complete, you will have full access to all areas of your QuickBooks Online account, without concerns.
Feel free to reach out again, if you have other questions. We would be happy to help!
