I appreciate you reaching out here. Welcome! Connecting your accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to upload your transactions effortlessly. However, the issue you've described has been reported by other customers, so you're not alone. Our Development Team is working diligently on fixing the issue as soon as possible. Although I don't have an ETA, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community. They'll review your situation in more depth and add you to the current investigation, so you'll receive an email notification when the issue has been resolved. In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions so your accounts remain up-do-date.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
