It's great you're interested in using the Reconcile feature in QuickBooks Desktop. This allows you to go over transactions you entered in your file to ensure they match your bank or credit card statements. I'll be happy to share more on this.
Using the Reconcile feature, you can reconcile your checking, savings, credit card accounts, as well as other eligible types of accounts such as merchant and liabilities accounts. To view the entire list of accounts you can reconcile, simply go to in the Account field after selecting Reconcile in the Banking menu.
