In QuickBooks Online, there are two payroll packages to choose from: Standard Payroll and Advanced Payroll. We know that different businesses have different needs and having the ability to choose what works best for you is key.
From what you describe, it sounds like you may be using Advanced Payroll. With that version of the service, QuickBooks can file your payroll forms, including ROEs, on your behalf.
If you are using Advanced Payroll and seeing this message, give us a call so our Payroll support agents can take a look at it with you and help you make sure the next time around it's filed automatically. There may be something we need to look at in the back end to sort this out.
If you're using Standard Payroll, know that while the program can assist you with calculating your numbers, filing forms must be taken care of outside of the program.

Hi,
I have a problem. Processed last pay cheque and processed ROE manually for one employee. Now management decided to change the date to 3 more days. I am using Quickbooks Enterprise. How I will cancel the ROE and issue a new pay cheque and ROE in Quickbooks.
