Anyone have experience with Transaction Pro and uploading to QB desktop?

I have reached out to the transaction pro support and find them very lacking and curt. This is why I am on here trying to find someone to assist me with the software. I had a great experience with the free version and support. Now that I have purchased the full version. I have been told what I was previously taught by their support was incorrect and to let them know when I am going to do what I have been told to do. 

Extremely rude. So, still looking for someone familiar to help 

Also, it was on this forum someone recommended the software in the first place. So, I was hoping to find guidance here as well.

Any specific concern?

I am struggling with the software itself. the video they send me is over 5 years old and does not address my needs for some in depth instructions. I would like to find someone who is familiar that would not mind teaching me how to build the templates and customize to your needs. I am quite willing to hire someone if the knowledge is out there.
