It's nice to see you in Community. Welcome! It's vital that you're able to upload your transactions without delay, in QuickBooks Online. I'd be glad to help!
There are times when accounts can become disconnect with QuickBooks, for several reasons. However, you can still manually upload your transactions, so your accounts remain balance. I do suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already. This will improve system performance and increase loading times.
Should the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community. A member of our Customer Care team will have the ability to review the situation in more depth, and escalate if for further investigation if necessary.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
