Can't find add user button in android app?

Let us share some details about adding a new user to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, Ryan.

 

We need to access your QBO account through the web to add a new user, as adding a user in the QBO mobile app is currently unavailable. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Manage users.
  2. Click Add user, then enter the user’s name and email address. Special characters are not permitted in the user's name, except for a period. In the name email field, both a period and the "@" symbol are allowed. 
  3. Tap the Roles dropdown and select the role you want to assign to the user.
  4. Review the features this role gives access to. 
  5. Select the Account management settings you want to manage (if applicable for the chosen role).
  6. Press the Send invitation tab.

 

New users are sent an invitation to join the company, and you can ask them to click the 'Let’s go!' button link in the email to accept the invitation.
