The Condense Data utilize is only available in QBD US version. You have to purchase a 3rd party service to do so. If you are still using QBD 2021 or an older version, you can also still purchase the one time (outright) license for QBD 2021 if required.

I agree this is a problem.  Our desk top file is getting very big so really need the condensing option.  Support  just advises me to switch to the online software but it doesn't have all the features of desk top so I can't. QB's is painting me into a corner.

Consider to purchase a 3rd party condense service as I mentioned earlier.

I saw your suggestion of third party condensing software but honestly, I already pay so much money per month and for so many years I feel the option should be offered with the program and not have to pay for an outside solution.

They focus on development for QB Online. I won't expect any big improvement for QB Desktop. If you are reluctant to purchase a data condense service, consider creating a new company file instead as a workaround. Another potential issue is when your Target Total reaches 750K, you may need to purchase a third party service to convert your data to QB Online or another accounting app.

Any suggestions, I am nervous about letting a google result get access to my data to condense it.

Why do you need to condense your data? Do you need to have a smaller file size or convert data to QB Online? Which QB Desktop year version do you run?
