Convert Quicken Home and Business 2019 to Quickbooks desktop Pro 2020

Hello all. New user here.

I need to convert my files from Quicken Home and Office 2019 to Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020. The tutorials I have been able to dig up are for Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019, and my version does not have a File - Utilities - Convert option. It simply is not there. And when I try and download the converter from the tutorial it downloads but will not launch.

Anybody out there can offer some advice please.

Afaik, the conversion feature from Quicken is only available in QBD US version. Call and ask Intuit Data Service to convert your file. Should you need to resolve it in due course, consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service.

Please!!! ... suggest a specific 3rd party conversion utility/provider from Quicken to Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020 Canadian. I have searched extensively and cannot find any such app.
