We are using QuickBooks Time with QuickBooks Desktop and have set up the email alerts to a specific email address, we would like to change that email address and are unable to find out where this is coming from. It shows as linked with QuickBooks Desktop. Please help.

hello, this did not fix the issue. Per the QuickBooks time app, it it saying that the email address is linked to QuickBooks Desktop....not sure why we can't update it. Any further help would be appreciated.

If those steps my colleague provided didn't help I recommend you reach out to our QuickBooks Time support as they can pull up your account and look into what's happening. You can reach them using one of the methods in this link.
