Hi luwei-yang-hec-c,
Welcome to Community! Manually uploading your transactions in QuickBooks Online is a great way to save valuable time. I'd be happy to provide some insight here!
In your situation, I recommend clearing cache on your browser. If you experience the same outcome, try another browser such as Safari, Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Private or Incognito. If you've created 'Bank rules' the transactions would be automatically categorized and I suggest looking there. Here's how;
1. Open Transactions and then Banking from the left menu
2. Click on the tile for the bank you downloaded the transactions into
3. Select the Categorized tab
