My quickbooks keeps asking me to contact payroll support to update. Im unsure why it won't do it on it's own. please help.
Hi there, kbmotorsjg. If QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) prompts you to contact support within your file, it could be due to your payroll subscription expiring. The prompt is a reminder to renew your subscription and ask you to contact support to settle.
If you want your payroll subscription auto-renews itself, make sure to link an active payment method to your subscription and ensure you’re logged in as the Primary or Master Admin. You can check and update this information by going to Help menu> Manage My Account or visiting camps.intuit.com.
