In order to fix the issue you've described, I recommend disconnecting and re-connecting your bank connection in QuickBooks. You can disconnect a bank account by navigating to your Transactions page > click on the bank in question > select the pencil ✎ icon > Edit account info > hit the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. From here you can click Save so your changes are saved and that the bank is disconnected. To fix the QBO error saying it can't connect to Bank of Montreal Canada, first, ensure your bank login credentials are correct. Clear your browser's cache or try a different browser. If the issue persists, check for any bank maintenance notifications. For further assistance, contact the QuickBooks Support Team at 8OO--𝟠𝟜𝟝--9666. They can help resolve the connectivity issue.
Thank you! That worked. I did have to manually enter a couple transactions that didn’t come over but otherwise all good
