Hello Munir. It's important to note that QuickBooks downloads 90 days worth of transactions. You'll have to manually upload any transactions that go beyond the 90 days. Here's a helpful article that shows you how to:
Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. In case you come across duplicate transactions, you can delete them by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Banking menu.
2. Click on the For Review tab.
3. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
4. Hit Exclude.
