How to find OXF file in QBO

I'm trying to setup a new bank feed connection in QBO and unable to get it working with the bank. I've reached out to the bank and they asked to send over the connlog and ofxlog files but I don't know where to find them in QBO? Any ideas?

How to find OXF file in QBO

Hello jenpaq,

Welcome to the Community. Your banking is one of the most important parts of your business. It's important you're able to connect it to QuickBooks so you can easily bring your financials into focus. I'll be happy to share more information so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.

I recommend connecting your bank by following the steps below:

  1. Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Select Add account.
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks," and you will be presented with helpful tips to try and locate your bank account.
  4. If you’re still unable to find your bank, select Request support for your bank.
  5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

After you submit your request to add your financial institution, you may be able to use one of the alternative methods for downloading and importing your bank transactions. Here are the alternative methods you can use to import your bank info:

Give this a try and if you have questions, please contact our support team using this link. Let me know if you have other questions by leaving a comment below. I'll be on standby.
