You can manage contact details in the Intuit Account Manager site or within QuickBooks Online, Tina.

 

Can you also confirm if you're trying to remove your email address from your Intuit or QBO account? If so, the system only allows updating contact information and not completely removing it.

 

This ensures that we can send email notifications for important updates. Follow these steps on how to update your email address:

 

  1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager. Use your sign-in info for QuickBooks Online.
  2. Proceed to the Sign in & security menu.
  3. Click Email address.
  4. Update your email address and click Save.
