Hi deansgatepharmac,
QuickBooks Online's Reconciliation function makes reviewing and reconciling your transactions a breeze. Determining how to handle a balance error caused by a deleted or mistakenly reconciled transaction can be confusing, but don't worry, I can help steer you in the right direction.
In your post, you mentioned that you deleted a transaction to correct an error, and this caused other errors to occur. If you need to recreate that transaction, you can use the Audit Log to find the details of the original transaction and see how it was posted. From there, you'd recreate the transaction from scratch since there isn't a way to undelete it. You can find details on how to do this in our Community article: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions
If the errors that you're working to resolve now aren't due to the deleted transaction, then the following articles relating to undoing a reconciled item and adjusting entries for reconciliations could be of use to you:

If you're still unable to determine the source of the discrepancy, I recommend connecting with an accountant. That way, they can work with you to review your books and figure out how to resolve this. They also have the tools to undo a reconciliation for you if necessary. You can invite your accountant to view your books through the My Accountant tab from the left hand menu. If you're not already working with an accountant, you can use the Find a pro to help button to search for a QuickBooks certified Pro Advisor near you.
If there's anything else I can do to help please let me know!
Yes, however, it should not have been deleted.
I need help to undelete so that I can balance my reconcilliation
Hi @doonpctreasurer. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here. Reconciling your accounts is a crucial process that helps ensure your books are accurate and I'll be happy to give you a hand. Since you've mentioned that you need help with undeleting, have you already tried using the Audit log as mentioned by my colleague above? This is a great place to locate deleted transactions so you can re-enter them with ease. Let me know if you have questions.
