It’s important that all your transactions are entered correctly so your account balances can be accurate. QuickBooks Online is a tool able to connect with multiple banks to import transactions in order to save you time with your data entry. I can point you in the right direction for help with bank imports.
For assistance with being unable to connect one of your Desjardins accounts, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside the Community. They'll be able to verify your account information with you in a secure location to analyze the connection and error, so that they can help you with steps to try and get this account connected, and will be able to collect the necessary information to notify engineers if the error persists. You can reach them with these options:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

I spoke with Desjardins who advised that QBO needs to add https://www.desjardinsmyuscard.com/ to their options for available banks. And I spoke with QBO who showed me where to add that request directly from my QBO account.
The QBO representative also helped me find where I can upload account activity so that is what I will do each month for the foreseeable future.
