Hi treasurercsit.
Linking your bank account to your QuickBooks Online is a great way to ensure all your transactions are entered into your account. I'd be happy to go over how to add more than the last 90 days.
QuickBooks Online makes downloading your transaction history from the bank a quick process made to save you time and effort. The automatic download option only allows you to get up to the last 90 days. If you wish to have more than the last 90 days downloaded you'll have to manually upload them into your account. You can do this by following the steps in this article.
Once you manually upload the transactions you may have duplicates from the last 90 days that you recently downloaded. You'll need to exclude the duplicates entries shown by following the steps located here.
