If I have lost my dashboard how do I get it back?

Hello there, @penny8.

 

I'm here to help ensure you'll be able to access your dashboard in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

If you're referring to the tabs on the left pane that are missing, you can simply click on the Hamburger icon beside the company name to bring back the tabs/dashboard.

Don't worry, I'll help you figure this out. I know having that left-hand menu is a handy tool for navigating the program.

 

Are you using the app on your tablet? If so, there have been reports of clicking those three lines not working to bring back that left-hand menu. It's something our engineering team is aware of and working to resolve. In the meantime, I recommend using a browser version of the program, which you can also do from the tablet. Just bring up the tablet's browser, go to qbo.ca, click Sign In, and choose QuickBooks Online. It'll prompt you to use the app, recognizing that you're on a tablet, but simply click Maybe Later to proceed to the browser version.

 

If you happen to already be using a browser and are still having trouble, I recommend clearing the cache to ensure temporary internet files aren't disrupting the functionality of the program. It's also good to make sure you're using a supported browser as there are some browsers the program will no longer work quite well in.
