If I select "Canada" there is only the 2020 version for accountant

I love that you're on the ball and eager to upgrade to the 2021 edition of QuickBooks Desktop. Doing so will ensure that you're working with the latest features available in the software and can continue to seamlessly manage your books. I'll clarify what's happened here.
In past years, the QuickBooks Desktop team has sent out an email with your new license information on the day the new edition of the software was ready. This year, however, the email with the license information was sent out ahead of the release, which is why you're not seeing the option to download 2021 just yet. That link is absolutely the correct path to follow, so hang onto that as well as your license details for the official release, which is scheduled for next week.
We've received several questions from customers about this situation, so we've been following up with the launch team to ensure that the details are as clear as possible with the emails going on. While waiting for the release, feel free to review the new System requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2021 to make sure your system is prepped for the 2021 edition.

That information with the release would have saved an hour of wasted time. The notification that the 2021 software should state "ALMOST" ready for download rather "IS" ready for download.
Please also address the download link in the release that routes one to the to the community page on downloads instead of downloads section. The community page has no reference to this release issue.

I have just downloaded the new 2021 Desktop Version - but there were 2 different downloads with 2 different license #s and product ID's. They both appear to be the same and I downloaded both. The 2nd one appeared to "repair" the first one. Why would there be 2 versions with different license and IDs???
