It's important for your software to be correctly registered in order to have the ability to manage your books. QuickBooks Desktop is a great program able to help you keep track of transactions so you can see the financials of your business. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with registering your program in the system.
For help with registering your license if it's not working during setup, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view your account information with you in a secure setting in order to help you get that registered so can get back to managing your books.
