Is there a way that I can export a list of my bundles to excell?

Hi there,

You've reached the right place for help. QuickBooks Online now offers a simple way to export key reports and lists in one step. This means you can easily download the data entered into your file to your local computer at any time.

Export your data

You can export the following reports and lists into individual Excel files contained in a zip format in one process.

To export your report or list:

  1. Select the Settings ⚙ icon on the toolbar.
  2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the desired date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  5. Select Export to Excel.

You'll be prompted with confirmation that the data has been exported.

If you need to export a different report, see How to export reports to Excel.

Export non-posting transactions and attachments

Exported reports will include the data from posting transactions such as invoices, receipts, bills, etc. balances. The steps below are to export non-posting information that is not included in Reports and Lists.

Estimates

  1. From the left menu, select Sales (or Invoicing) then All Sales.
  2. On the All Sales page, select the Filter.
  3. Under Type, choose Estimates.
  4. Set your date range and any other filters you need, then Apply.
  5. Select Export to Excel.

Purchase Orders

  1. From the left menu, select Expenses then Expenses.
  2. Select the Filter.
  3. Under Type, choose Purchase Order.
  4. Set your date range and any other filters you need, then Apply.
  5. Select the Export to Excel icon.

Customer Statements

  1. From the left menu, select Sales (or Invoicing) then All Sales.
  2. Select the Filter.
  3. Under Type, choose Statements
  4. Set the date range and any other filters you need, then select Apply.
  5. Select the Export to Excel icon.

Attachments

  1. Select the Settings ⚙ icon from the tool bar.
  2. Under Lists, select Attachments.
  3. On this page, select the attachments you want to export.
  4. Select Batch Actions and then Export.

Note: Your attachments will be exported in a zip format.

Recurring Templates

  1. Select Reports from the left menu.
  2. Search for Recurring Template List report.
  3. Select the Export icon.

Chart of Accounts

  1. From the left menu, select Reports.
  2. Search for Account List.
  3. Select the Export icon, then choose Export to Excel.

Products and Services

  1. From the left menu, select Sales then Product and Services.
  2. Select the More dropdown error, then select Run Report.
  3. Select the Export to Excel icon.

Give this a try and let me know how you make out. I'll be on standby. :)

Is there a way that I can export a list of my bundles to excell?

Hi James. The question is specifically about BUNDLES.

This is only offered in Quick Books Online.

Is there a way to export a list of my BUNDLE items.

At this time, QBO doesn't offer the capability to export bundles. I know how useful it would be to have this feature and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are largely based on the feedback we get from users like you. Let me know if you have questions.
