I recommend clearing cache if you haven't done so already, as the browser may have an excessive amount of frequently accessed page resources, which can cause some errors and/or unexpected behavior. I also suggest opening your QuickBooks Online account using another browser such as, Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private window.
