Link Quickbooks POS US with Quickbooks Enterprise CA?

They have discontinued QB POS. You can migrate data as Sales Receipt from QB POS into QB Desktop.

I know this, but the program is still confused by the American version. I want a tie with the Canadian version, is it possible?

The connector is disabled. You can use an importer tool if required.

As mentioned by 4Gal, the option to connect a U.S. POS system to QuickBooks Desktop Canada, is not available at this time.  You can review third party apps, to select the best fit for your business needs at this time.  If you would like to see this feature available in future updates, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to the QuickBooks Development team.
