I set up about 10 Memorised Transactions and used them to reconcile few months banking.
Afterwards I closed QuickBooks.
Couple hours later I opened QB, but the Memorised Transaction List was completely empty.
I setup few memorised transactions again and proceeded with additional bank reconciliations.
Closed QB - reopened - same problem.
Memorised Transaction disappeared.
Any advice how to fix this problem?

Thanks. I called support, but that was kind of useless. Service guy did not even understand when I explained what the problem was - just told me that QB Pro 2020 Desktop is no longer supported.
I run 2 different companies using exactly same software - one for decades without a problem.
Problem with the Memorized Transactions "disappearing" started in a new company, that was just set up with an opening Trial Balance - no problems so far.
I started posting banks, and some other GL entries - and to save time I memorized some typical transactions (nothing automated) - as long as company stayed open - the Memorized Transactions showed and I could use them.
After entering about 6 months - saved backup an closed company.
When I re-opened it next day - absolutely Nothing in Memorized Transaction list.
I seem to remember that an Update popped up and I run it - but it showed "nothing downloaded"?
Tried Verifying data - showed no error.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
BR
Igor
Hi Henock,
I told the Customer Service guy that it was an Installation of a New company, and according QB post (that you sent me) that is included in Service after 12 months.
I run Rebuild tool and Issues found: 1
Under Errors we fixed it shows:
Error 179
Warning: Verify Master: totTrans wrong. is 70 Should be 93.
How do I fix that?
By the way - Memorized Transactions list is still empty.
Hello Igor. Thanks for getting back to us. Just to confirm, have you been able to use the QuickBooks Tool Hub to troubleshoot this issue?
NO, the problem still exists - I need help to fix it, otherwise loosing way too much time to re-enter same transactions over and over.
